The Program
Management Office (PMO)
at 360, Inc. has
developed a Project
Lifecycle Handbook (PLCH);
the PLCH mandates
that all persons
concerned with
creating, planning,
and executing
projects adhere to
the procedures and
documents therein.
The PLCH describes a
project’s
responsibilities for
all aspects of
project execution
including Project
Planning and
Management, Quality
Assurance, Earned
Value Management,
and Configuration
Management to name a
few.
